
The Vice President of Domenica Group, Ms. Pauline Gallagher has urged African businessmen and women to take advantage of the generous incentives offered by the Cyprus government to foreign investors.
She said the Cyprus economy which thrives on the promotion of innovative ideas is home to numerous investors and entrepreneurs who are making substantial profits and growth in key areas of the economy.
She explained that the country being a premium investor destination has a thriving real estate market that is backed by positive evaluations by the European Commission and the International Monetary Fund.
She said the Domenica group through its affiliate office, the Global Citizenship Gateway in Ghana has the approval of the government to run immigration and investment programs for potential clients.
She explained that the company runs investment modules that offers investors unique opportunities to obtain Cyprus Citizenship, and thus access to the EU, for all the family in just 6 months with no residency requirements or they can take a permanent resident permit, for three generations of the family in just 2 months, which can lead to subsequent Cyprus/EU citizenship after satisfying the required residency period. Both programmes are available with the acquisition of property in the real estate sector.
Ms Gallagher stressed on the fact that potential clients and businesses can tap into a rapidly expanding EU and global market and take advantage of the low Cyprus taxation and burgeoning Cyprus economy and diversify their operations.
She said Cyprus offers endless opportunities for business expansion with direct access into the European Union market of 500 million people. That notwithstanding, she added that such international expansion gives companies a competitive advantage and a solid environment that is supportive of multinational operations.
According to her Cyprus is the safest country in the world to live and transact business and also grants a unique opportunity for an entire nuclear family to live and work.
In an exclusive interview with Goodies Radio Lamin Shiekh Hamahulai, Ms Gallagher explains the modules and processes involved.
To boost investor confidence Mrs. Gallagher said a potential client would be given a special tour of Cyprus to inspect the property before payments would be made in an escrow account for the benefit of trust.
